You can find your account balance on your monthly statement. Please contact your Property Manager for more details.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

You can submit a maintenance issue through our website here, by emailing descomaint@descogroup.com or by calling 314.994.4072 – 24/7 Maintenance Line.

Maintenance emergencies, which include excessive roof leaks, water main breaks, and storm damage, should be reported via the Maintenance Line.

If the emergency requires Fire and Police First Responders, please call 911 before reporting the emergency to us.
